Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Your content: the prompts you write, photos you upload, and the videos generated for you.
• Payment data: Razorpay processes payments. We receive the order and payment IDs, amount and status, never your card number or UPI PIN.
• Usage data: basic logs such as request times, errors and device type, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To create your videos, show your history and deliver downloads.
• To manage your free videos, Pass and referrals, and to prevent abuse and fraud.
• To contact you about your account, purchases and important changes.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your prompts, photos or videos to train AI models.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run CineVault:

• Supabase: sign-in and our database.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Zoho ZeptoMail: sending sign-in links and receipts.
• Adsterra (only if ads are shown): showing ads to free users.
• StepFun: an AI service that rewrites your prompt into a detailed shot description; your prompt (and photo, for photo-to-video) is sent to it for that purpose.
• GPU cloud providers (such as AMD Developer Cloud or Microsoft Azure): run the video generation.

Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, India and China.

How long we keep it

• Account and purchase records: while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos: at least 30 days. Download videos you want to keep.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember a referral link for 30 days. Free users may see ads from our ad partner, which are shown in an isolated frame and may use their own cookies inside it. Founder Pass holders don't see ads.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing support@cinevaultsai.com. We reply within 30 days. CineVault is not intended for anyone under 18.
