7-day money-back guarantee

If you bought the Founder Pass in the last 7 days, email support@cinevaultsai.com from the email address on your account and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
When a refund is issued, the Pass ends and new videos use the free plan again.
After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or if we discontinue the service.
Accounts closed for breaking our terms are not eligible for refunds.

Nothing to cancel

The Founder Pass is a one-time payment. It never renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.

Delivery

CineVault is a digital service. Your Pass activates immediately after payment and videos are delivered online in your studio. Nothing is shipped. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
