How your purchase is delivered

• The Founder Pass is activated on your CineVault account automatically and instantly after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
• A receipt is sent to the email address on your account.
• Your videos are delivered online: they appear in your studio at cinevaultsai.com/create, where you can watch and download them, usually about a minute after you create them.
• There are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses are needed.

If your pass doesn't activate

If your payment went through but your pass isn't active within 30 minutes, email support@cinevaultsai.com with your payment ID. We will activate it or refund you within 2 business days. See also our Refund Policy.
