Terms of Service

1. The service

CineVault generates short videos with sound from text descriptions and photos you provide, using artificial intelligence. Outputs are created automatically and can be imperfect, unexpected or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing a video before you use or publish it.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account or a link sent to your email address, and must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts (including with temporary email addresses) to get more free videos is not allowed.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Free trial and the Founder Pass

• New accounts get 3 free videos (5 seconds each, 720p, with a small watermark).
• The Founder Pass is a one-time payment that gives unlimited videos for 12 months from purchase, subject to our fair use policy. It does not renew automatically. It is offered to the first 1,000 buyers only; we may end or change the offer for new buyers at any time, without affecting passes already bought.
• The price is US$3, charged in Indian rupees as ₹249 and shown in the payment window before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; taxes, if any, are included.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee).

4. Your content and your videos

• You keep the rights you have in the prompts and photos you upload.
• You only upload photos you own or have permission to use. If a real person appears in a photo, you must have their consent. You must never upload photos of minors.
• Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you create for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your videos. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
• You give us permission to store and process your prompts, photos and videos to provide the service. We do not use them to train AI models and we do not show them publicly without your permission.

5. What you must not do

You agree not to use CineVault, or any video it produces, to:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• create sexual or nude content, or any content that sexualizes, exploits or harms minors;
• impersonate anyone or create deepfakes of real people without their consent;
• harass, threaten, bully, defame or discriminate against any person or group;
• create graphic violence, promote self-harm, terrorism or hate;
• create disinformation intended to deceive or cause harm, including fake news or fraud;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• use bots, scripts or automated access, resell access, or try to bypass limits and filters.

CineVault is built on the open LTX-2.x model by Lightricks, provided under the LTX-2.x Community License. Use of the model and its outputs is also subject to that license's use restrictions (Section 4 and Attachment A), which you agree to follow. The restrictions above are part of how we comply with them.

6. Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove videos, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without refund where the breach is serious. We act on valid takedown requests as described on our contact page.

7. Availability

We work to keep CineVault available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific generation times. Waits can be longer at busy times. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut down the service we will offer a pro-rated refund of unused Pass time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for important changes, notify you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@cinevaultsai.com.
